We understand how important it is to keep memoires of such a special event, but we also know that our photos of special events need special care and the right touch to make it unique, that is why Sweet Memories has introduced a onsite scrapbooking service to capture the thoughts of your guests while they enjoy your event.
How it works
We provide everything! You pick the theme and design of your scrapbook. We then show up 30 minutes early to your event to set-up before the guests arrive. As guests arrive we take digital pictures of your guests, print the photos in color on a digital printer. Once printed, we carefully glue the picture to a scrapbook page and have them write a remark next to their photo and allow them to decorate it as they please. Depending on the amount of time purchased, once our time is up, you have the choice of having us put together the scrapbook onsite or working on it yourself or we take the scrapbook add a few touches to it and deliver it to you by the next business day! Works great for Weddings, birthdays and retirement parties! Many say this reminds them of their high school yearbook, and it never gets old. Our scrapbooking service is more affordable then a videographer and more personal then renting a photo booth, plus it's more convienent then always having to play a tape or DVD.
Pricing
Our scrapbooking service starts with a two hour minimum for $100, and $75 for every hour after. This is the basic hourly charge for a two person staff, one person who operates the photo printer and helps the guests decorate the scrapbook and the other person takes the photos of the guests. For an additional $75 an hour, you can add an additional 2 person staff so that you will have a total of two digital cameras and two photo printers to avoid backup. There is no limit to the amount of photos your guests can take, but the service was purchased by you therefore all photos taken are expected to go into the scrapbook, however the guests can purchase copies at the event in addition to the one that is to be put it in the scrapbook.

If you think that you would rather take the photos yourself but want to make a scrapbook and don't have the time or the know how, we can still help. We will help with scrapbooking in anyway possible, whether it's because you don't have the time to put together the scrapbook yourself but have the pictures and you know what you want or perhaps you don't have a clue how to get started and need some assistance and ideas, we can help! Most people find that starting a project is always easy but then they leave their projects unattended and it only gets left behind. We'd be happy to help complete those projects for you as well.
